Just ten minutes from Porto-Vecchio, this is a good address for Corsican cuisine and its products. Depending on the season, this generous inn offers traditional dishes such as confit de agneau de lait, sauté de veau aux olives, coquelet marinated in lemon and cumin, or cabri au four au printemps, in a lovely, well-kept setting.
