Gault&Millau's review 2026

This unassuming Sibuet chalet, yet close to the heart of Megève, has been restored to its former glory following renovation work that has, of course, preserved its style and spirit. At the table, you'll find what has made the place such a success: superb products, especially the meats, including the exceptional beef ribs, but also bavette, picanha and entrecôte angus with Béarnaise sauce. For starters, there's the marrow bone, truffle pizzetta, wagyu tartare and osciètre caviar, sea bass tacos and lobster roll, and, in variation, fish and poultry..
