Gault&Millau's review 2025

A fine traditional Côte d'Azur restaurant, close to the Château, in an elegant bourgeois setting, with attentive service to ensure the calm and well-being of a clientele of regulars. Clean-cut plates that focus on the product: oysters, foie gras, carpaccio of scallops and haddock, twisted St-Pierre, filet au poivre... Desserts in the same spirit, a good market menu at €34.
