At Burgundy, an everyday spot, one wouldn’t dare use the term “bistrot” for this elegant restaurant, which offers dishes that are simply a bit more straightforward and approachable. Nevertheless, the execution is flawless, and the selection is broad enough for a tasteful lunch: marinated tuna tartare with smoked cherry blossoms and shiso, brill with zucchini and almond milk infused with orange blossom, roasted eggplant with herbes de Provence, sesame, and lavender-infused olive oil as the vegetarian option… A set lunch menu for 55 €. There’s something going on all day long, from afternoon snacks to aperitifs, featuring some great ideas to share.
