In the vein of Old Nice's neo-bistros, these Oiseaux hold their own with ease and friendliness. In particular, they stand out for their rather sophisticated dishes (roasted octopus with chickpea cream, trout in gravlax, scallops with leeks and celery, or the house bourride...) filling a copious slate that never forgets its landmarks, with declensions on ravioli, guinea fowl or duck with carrot and ginger jus... Good choice in the cellar, concerned and attentive service.
