In particular, they stand out for their rather sophisticated dishes (roasted octopus with chickpea cream, trout in gravlax, scallops with leeks and celery, or the house bourride...) filling a copious slate that never forgets its landmarks, with declensions on ravioli, guinea fowl or duck with carrot and ginger jus... Good choice in the cellar, concerned and attentive service.
