One of La Croix-Rousse's best-known restaurants, just a few meters from a superb panoramic view of the city. And that's not the least of the assets of this well-born bistro, with its warm, dynamic atmosphere and its ability to vary the pleasures on a traditional background: poultry liver terrine with smoked bacon and hazelnuts, cauliflower mousseline with nutmeg, half-cooked tuna steak with beet hummus, veal sauté with forest mushrooms... Desserts are just as carefully prepared (praline tartlet, baba bouchon...) in an elegant, colorful, parquet-floored setting.
