Gourmet Restaurant Close to the Grande Côte descent and the fantastic view of the city from the esplanade, Balthazart maintains the course of a well-understood and well-applied bistronomy. Against a backdrop of tradition, well-thought-out plates, successful combinations and meticulous execution: creamy heliantis with herbed black pudding condiment, pan-fried apples and crispy coppa, melting beef chuck that's been cooked overnight, gratin savoyard jus de braisage, bourdaloue pear tart with vanilla custard. A varied cellar.
