Gourmet Restaurant A brand that honors this neighborhood, historically rich in different restaurants: Bairoz moves with the times, offering spontaneous seasonal cuisine in an informal atmosphere. A couple at the helm, Estelle for savoury and Jérôme for pastry, everything fits together well, and random visitors can have confidence without too much ruin with a first evening menu at €54 for four courses: marinated scallops with celery remoulade and green apple, fish from the fish market with roasted cauliflower, watercress, hazelnut and colonnata, filet of Nantes cow's milk with creamy onion dauphine potatoes, chocolate dessert with milk mousse and cinnamon ice cream. The full lunch menu costs €27. Classics and good regional references in the cellar.
