Gourmet Restaurant No fuss here, but all the pleasures of a popular Mediterranean cuisine, signed by the media-savvy Yoni Saada. It's a moment of genuine pleasure, with familiar flavors and effective recipes, revisiting more or less the classics with a modern twist: a plate of bottarga with harissa, pissaladière, salade niçoise, and above all the unmissable pan bagnat, in six versions.
