In the Gan family, I ask for Madame Xin, who takes advantage of the proximity of the family home, Parapluie, run by her husband Chem Hwei, to present a successful alternative, on a theme fusing Asia and Burgundy. The plates are pretty and tasty: beef tataki with soy sauce, lemongrass chives and celery, free-range chicken supreme with mango and passion fruit sauce, blueberry dessert... For lunch, you can eat very well for €30 in a sober, old-fashioned café setting.
