Gault&Millau's review2026
Camille Lacome and Agathe Richou have been running this beautiful restaurant in the port of Locmalo since 2022. The two chefs met at La Tour d'Argent, before earning their first toques at La Mère Germaine in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Their move to Brittany marked their coming of age, and today they have established a real reputation for both Camille's dishes and Agathe's pastries, for which she also won a Brittany pastry trophy. The new year confirms all the good things we think of him, with proposals as accurate and delicate as ever, proving the chef's technique and taste for natural products. These include buckwheat yoghurt, ribot milk and Guéméné andouille sausage, scallops with bergamot velvet and sorrel, shellfish and vegetable infusion with savagnin, and golden sweetbreads with sautéed parsley and coffee. Agathe's patisseries are as convincing as ever, like this blanc manger kiwi, lemon bergamot sabayon and sorbet sorrel. A well thought-out cellar.
