A well-established, solid and classic restaurant in this village near Thann, on the road to the Vosges, which has built its reputation on its fish dishes. In a rustic setting, the dishes are just as carefully prepared, with an emphasis not only on fish, but also on seasonal Alsatian produce and traditional recipes, such as asparagus, snails and pâté en croûte alongside fried carp.
