Gault&Millau's review2026
At the entrance to the town, the historic setting of the XVII abbey is a major asset for savoring the simple, meticulous brasserie-style cuisine of Pascal Chaupitre and Christophe Lot. A range of formulas are available, including a good sequence at €34 with a homemade terrine, hazelnut-crusted fillet of poultry with caramelized endives and passion juice, and a moist chestnut cake with coffee cream and marron glacé. Drink Minchin's Valençay or Teiller's Menetou.
