Gourmet Restaurant Éric Minart is at the helm of a loyal neighborhood restaurant that, while slightly removed from the city center, has a clientele delighted to find here well-crafted plates that celebrate classic taste. There's foie gras caillette with maple syrup, gambas en papillote with basil, hake with olive oil, grilled potatoes and cherry tomato sauce, rosé duck and stuffing à gratin, roasted hazelnuts and orange peel, a traditional paris-brest. Market menu at €26.
