Chef's Restaurant A pleasant bistro that celebrates both the flagship Breton product and the house of Bordier that made it famous. Beyond this double homage, this is a bistro of its time, with a tempting menu of Breton and Southern accents: red mullet with green olive tapenade and basil aioli with Espelette butter, monkfish medallion with morel mushrooms and braised lettuce with Roscoff onion butter, tarte fine au fromage blanc and gariguette strawberries with lemon thyme snickers ice-cream, butter being a natural ingredient in many dishes. Suggestions of the moment on the slate, very good young service, small cellar with good references (Lagrézette, Les Entrefaux...).
