Right next door to his store, Jean-Yves Bordier has launched this original, elegant bistro-style table, which of course puts butter in the spotlight, with an inventive menu that draws on tradition while lightening and modernizing: beef consommé with truffle butter, marrow bone and pan-fried foie gras, snail fritters with wild garlic butter, brill with roasted peanuts, coconut emulsion, green curry and olive oil butter, salt-meadow lamb with Espelette pepper butter... The chef has a good hand, the desserts are just as pleasing and the service is at the right level. Lunch menu €32.
