Chef's Restaurant The house is evolving, and always for the better, faithful to its local commitment, for both solid and liquid products. On the slate, "respect for people and terroirs" is emphasized to help winegrowers and producers who do well. The choice is limited, but coherent, in a €43 menu where everything is gourmet and well done: marbled eggplant velouté, tomato and onion ravioli, poached cod, gnocchi stew with dulse and broccoli, beef cheek with red anjou butternut and leeks. Finely-crafted, seasonal desserts (cake with pumpkin, butternut and leeks), and an intelligent, inquisitive cellar of the region's vineyards.
