Gourmet Restaurant We love the simplicity of this table, which gives pride of place to independent winegrowers (both conventional and natural), representing them with a great deal of sincerity, in the impeccable, very enlightened service, and the ultra-honest prices throughout France. The concept of a single imposed menu seems less relevant than a menu that would have allowed us to take full advantage of this fine selection of bottles, but it has the merit of honoring fresh seasonal vegetables, and the vast Loire region, even in the heart of winter: galette with seaweed butter, cauliflower and roasted buckwheat, scallops and barbs, pumpkin gnocchi, spinach and chanterelles; caramelized apple namelaka crumble sorbet apple chestnut...
