Gault&Millau's review 2022

In the suburbs of Toulouse, not far from the train station, this blue-shuttered bourgeois house is home to a fine table, with a slightly stilted expression, but with more contemporary proposals that show an interesting evolution. The €35.90 menu offers a fine panorama of skills, including lobster and meat pastilla, crab with coconut-curry and bulgur tabbouleh, swordfish loin with lime barigoule sauce, aubergine-tomato chutney and bell pepper purée, veal fillet, shallot jus, Île de Ré potato, artichoke and snow pea declension, or roasted flat peach with honey and verbena and hazelnut cookie, verbena-thyme cream and peach sorbet. Well-equipped cellar.
