Selected One of the city's classic addresses, we return every year with the satisfaction of finding a constant, unchanging body of work. The changes are a pleasure, and showcase fair, affordable bistronomy. On the menu: oysters from Isigny, sliced sea bream marinated in sake, tomato rougail and pesto, bouillabaisse-style fish soup, turbot steak with spinach jus, red quinoa with white mushrooms and parmesan, supreme of Normandy poultry roasted on the chest, lemongrass and coconut, leeks or profiterole-style cabbage with pink praline. We also recommend the lobsters, available fricasseed, flambéed or baked. Smiling service.
