Chef's Restaurant A competitive bistro on rue Daguerre, led by a professional and well-supported Vincent Deyres. The address is exemplary from start to finish, demonstrating a true bistronomic experience, both in service and on the plate. The menu-card at €42 is a classic for business meals, with artichoke and green bean salad, hazelnut and parmesan, sea bass à la plancha, green asparagus and sauce vierge, farmhouse poultry supreme with port, mushrooms and mashed potatoes, caramel rice pudding or rum baba.
