In the Daguerre district, Vincent Deyres' restaurant is an exemplary brasserie. With its elegant, old-fashioned Parisian bistro setting, it's the perfect place to enjoy a popular meal without going overboard, while at the same time being a little chic to win the loyalty of locals and attract tourists at the same time. The menu faithfully reproduces classic recipes: escargots de Bourgogne, marinated salmon, monkfish a la plancha and pan-fried vegetables, sauce vierge, beef with red wine and shallots, home fries, mirabelle plum clafoutis. Efficient service.
