The façade looks like that of any Parisian brasserie, but behind the black canvas veranda lies Vincent Deyres’ restaurant! Right in the heart of the Daguerre neighborhood, this is undoubtedly one of the best spots on the Left Bank in this category, offering a refined menu, reimagined dishes, and an overall dining experience well worth its two toques. To treat yourself, try a authentic rabbit terrine with red onion compote, grilled bluefin tuna with mashed potatoes and sauce vierge, duck breast with pan drippings and carrot purée, or a rum baba.
