At Vincent and Céline's, it's time for tradition, for the pleasures of a village bourgeoisie attached to the land. The classics are prepared with seriousness and technique, sometimes tweaked to keep up with the times: oyster mushroom cassolette au gratin with chaource, gizzard salad, organic wheat pearls with smoked salmon, a range of burgers, a 5A andouillette, chaource cream and Othe cider sauce, a beautiful low-temperature roast piglet with heather honey and rosemary.
