Original Restaurant In the center of the village, the façade says nothing about the place, but the interior sets the tone. At Vincent and Céline's, it's time for tradition, for the pleasures of a village bourgeoisie attached to the land. The classics are prepared with seriousness and technique, sometimes tweaked to keep up with the times: oyster mushroom cassolette au gratin with chaource, gizzard salad, organic wheat pearls with smoked salmon, a range of burgers, a 5A andouillette, chaource cream and Othe cider sauce, a beautiful low-temperature roast piglet with heather honey and rosemary. Classic desserts.
