Ten minutes from Sancerre, chef Claude Colliot, in this simple, convivial village house, like a renovated farmhouse, rediscovers his Berrichonne roots and puts his creative touch to the service of a finely honed terroir: foie gras apple and celery with lime, fine mushroom tart with parsley condiment, suckling pig confit with Sologne coconut, tomato and smoked chili condiment, quince confit with Bourbon vanilla coconut milk cream... A delicious getaway for a bill of around €50, and a few rooms on site to prolong the pleasure.
