Gourmet Restaurant Just a stone's throw from Sarrebourg, this modern-day address works in a contemporary, local style, updating local classics. The reputation logically follows, and one returns for a well-constructed menu, with, for example, the texture of sea urchin in shell and cocktail-style crabmeat, sturgeon pavé and risotto with tome and saffron pistil fumet, grilled rump steak heart pavé and Parisian-style butter, and chocolate-coated pear. Fair prices.
