A charming stone inn in the heart of the region, the house is the perfect place for a gourmet stopover with a change of scenery. The €29 menu keeps its promises in a well-kept traditional vein, with its cassolette of snails with mushrooms and tomatoes, roast pike-perch pavé with aligoté cream, duck leg confit with pinot noir, or organic guinea fowl ballottine from the Poiset farm. Classic desserts. Fair prices.
