Naturally, the Auberge has retained its historic decor, a precautionary measure for a place where thousands of tourists come to refresh their memories of Van Gogh. So we keep the myth alive with Père Ravoux's "specialties" and "cocottes", the aroma of home-style dishes, renewed every week: rabbit pressé, herring fillets, lamb mouse confit, veal chuck en bourguignon...
