Conveniently located at the start of the climb up to Suquet, this traditional inn relies heavily on tourist traffic, offering a varied, traditional menu. The chef's menu, priced at €51, provides the essentials, with fresh goat's cheese pastilla confit with onion and fig, Sardinian-style cannelloni with Alfredo sauce, or veal osso buco with tagliatelle à la genovese. We finish with a tatin or chocolate fondant, complemented by wood-fired specialties and whole fish depending on availability. A classic and rather expensive cellar.
