Gault&Millau's review 2025

A good roadside inn on the eastern outskirts of town, a beautiful Provencal house and a pleasant place to have lunch on the terrace. Gabriel Astouric has been turning plates for more than thirty years with the regularity of a Swiss cuckoo clock, and his traditional specialties still have regulars dreaming of lamb, foie gras and lobster. Every day, a good Saveurs menu for under €30, with marinated sardines, mashed lamb sauté, vanilla and red fruit financier.
