In operation for almost thirty years, this village eatery boasts a remarkable location, offering uninterrupted views of the surrounding area, particularly from the second-floor dining room. In the kitchen, Fernand De Oliveira stays on his toes, offering a fine market cuisine, with up-to-date, well-executed recipes. A la carte dishes include sea bream and tuna ceviche with combawa cream, roasted monkfish with coconut milk and horseradish, duck breast a la plancha with pear juice reduction, poached pear with star anise and dark chocolate cream. Formulas start at €19.
