Sponsored Sherri and Chef Nicola Boniface have turned this address into a gourmet table that, with its traditional French cuisine twisted with world influences, brings gourmets to life. And it's hardly surprising that both are multicultural: Nicola has a Bolivian mother and a Solognot father, and Sherri has Apache and Mexican roots. Not to mention their passion for food and wine, which is also inspired by their travels, particularly in Asia. As a result, traditional French recipes based on local produce are revisited, both in terms of cooking methods and the use of spices. "We cook wild boar on the BBQ for a long time. A good French beef marinade can include cinnamon, cumin and Nantes-produced rum. The sauce for eggs en meurette will be made with galanga", they say. And refinement is always the order of the day! The wine list is equally inventive, with wines from the Loire Valley and beyond. Their philosophy, all subtlety, can be discovered in a gentle atmosphere enhanced by a fireplace and works by local artists.
