Just a few minutes from Foix, this warm village house is the stronghold of Anne Landes, who has been offering her hospitality for the past ten years, both for board and lodging. The hotel-restaurant is in the tradition of timeless, wise country inns, where you can enjoy an old-fashioned setting and inviting bistro cuisine. Depending on the season, the menu includes snails en persillade, wild shrimp and sambuc risotto, leg of Plantaurel lamb with chestnuts, blueberry and salted butter moelleux.
