Gourmet Restaurant In the Gobelins district of Paris, you'll find this unmissable address on the Basque scene, a house that has been run by the same family for over fifty years, and which defends a certain "douceur de vivre". Behind the red and flowery façade, a bucolic and romantic address where chef Philippe Tredgeu deploys his technique in the service of the terroir, for a €36 menu without fail: breaded pequillos stuffed with brandade, hake in a chorizo crust, veal axoa, duck confit and a Basque cake. Attentive service. Philippe Tredgeu left the establishment at the end of 2019 to move to Les Cocottes Tour Eiffel.
