In the Cauchois countryside, ten minutes from Yvetot, this inn has once again become the charming getaway it was forty years ago. The quintessentially Norman setting has plenty of character, nestled in a typical, peaceful environment, and the cuisine maintains a high standard, earning its culinary accolades with a blend of tradition and modernity: salmon and cod gravlax, farm-raised guinea fowl breast roasted with fresh thyme, pork chop from a flax-fed pig with a herb-infused reduction, and a red berry pavlova—all part of a great set menu for €35. Full à la carte menu available, along with lunch specials at the La Suite bistro.
