A well-known spot, quiet and away from the crowds, where you can enjoy the season to the fullest. The restaurant follows the same philosophy: a form of simplicity expertly guided by a master chef, offering a tailored à la carte menu—fresh, light, and indulgent dishes to suit every craving: grilled scallops with porcini mushroom arancini and mushroom sauce, semi-cured foie gras and poached pear in cider, creamy roasted capon breast with mushroom gravy, and a moist chestnut cake with chestnut cream. Professional service, full-course menu for €55, well-stocked wine cellar.
