A little corner of paradise in the middle of the vineyards, a 4* hotel with traditional Mediterranean architecture, swimming pool, gardens, views over nature, and the calm of the hinterland at the foot of the Albères mountains. It couldn't be a better place to set up a gourmet restaurant, designed by Nicolas Lennelle. The chef imagines a rather elaborate market cuisine inspired by the region: nougat of semi-cooked Empordà foie gras, blackberries and pistachios, toasted brioche, grilled octopus tentacle, melting potatoes and Armoricaine sauce, duck breast, creamy pumpkin, roasted vegetables and Malabar pepper sauce, Catalan flan with tonka bean, blackberry coulis with verbena and almond crunch.
