Set in a spa town in the heart of the Morvan region, this charming little pied-à-terre boasts a veranda dining room in the middle of a wooded park. The chef's traditional cuisine is both practical and affordable, with a €27 menu featuring tomato bavaroise with Niçoise salad, hake steak and fennel fricassee with andouille sausage, sirloin steak with Fourme d'Ambert cheese, and bourbon vanilla crème brûlée.
