West of Lyon, this pretty stone house offers traditional cuisine in a period setting, halfway between a hunting lodge and a country table. Large tables are set around the majestic fireplace, while farming implements are displayed on the walls. On the plate, local produce takes pride of place, with gizzard confit salad, osso bucco, frogs en persillade, veal shoulder en sept heures, chocolate moelleux... A warm atmosphere.
