Right next to the Carola springs, this inn benefits from the charms of an elegant early 19th-century pavilion, exotic and soberly decorated. The kitchens are run by Michaela Peters, former chef of the Rendez-vous de chasse in Colmar, whose contemporary and rather consensual idea is sufficiently well executed to be up to scratch. We find familiar, well-executed flavors, a Caesar salad with Alsatian chicken, pan-fried tiger prawns, summer truffle risotto, summer truffle rasp, pluma of Castilian pig lacquered with yuzu-teriyaki, noodle and vegetable wok with sesame, a raspberry crunch. Menu Carola at 53 €.
