The bistro side of Le Paradis is "Joséphine à table", a warm version of grandma's cooking, revisited and updated in the sense of finesse and preserved taste: oeufs meurette, pâté en croûte, homemade terrine, tartare, poulet au vin jaune, plus suggestions and dishes of the day, guinea fowl in sauce vierge, chimuchurri pork chuck, sautéed veal with lemon. Atmosphere, fine wines, friendly and natural welcome.
