We like this off-the-beaten-track inn in the Touquet countryside, well known to all the locals. Alain Lévy has been turning out ambitious dishes for many years, not cheap by the way, but generous and masterful: foie gras chaud compote de fruits de saison sauce au miel, langoustines et gambas risotto crème de homard, pigeon suprêmes poêlés, ailes et cuisses confites semoule à la niçoise, tarte aux abricots glace vanille sauce caramel.
