Chef's Restaurant Plunge into the Touquet countryside to discover this delightful inn where Alain Lévy has been welcoming guests with care and kindness for thirty years. This classic, bourgeois cuisine has been refined and modernized over the years, but the good precepts of precise cooking and fine sauces have of course been preserved: foie gras, sweetbread puff pastry, turbot hollandaise, veal kidney with mustard seed, fillet of beef with pepper sauce, and some fine specialties, such as lobster gratin, tournedos Rossini or whole cooked pigeon, and Grand Marnier soufflé for dessert.
