For almost forty years, this pretty country estate in the heart of the countryside has welcomed a loyal clientele for a moment of tradition and experience. The place has a slightly old-fashioned charm that makes it a poetic place, and you'll come back for the confident plates, which generously deliver the classics: veal sweetbread aspires with baby vegetables, sea and river casserole, veal kidney cassolette, tiramisu with garden quince.
