Gault&Millau's review 2026

Restaurant and wine shop, this good house in the heart of the village is a customary landmark for the canton. The setting is pleasant, in a cozy neo-country tone, the details meticulous, the frames and photos on the wall evoking life in the surrounding area. Stanislas Comar prefers to work with fresh, local ingredients, adapting well-constructed menus and menus to tight prices: game terrine with cranberry jam, scallop quenelle with champagne sauce, spelt pigeon with grape cream, sweetbreads with whisky cream gnocchi and ristretto... The mango passion fruit dessert or the apple tart conclude on the same high note. Extensive wine list drawn up with the house's extensive cellar, on table for €12 extra.
