And enjoy a delicious meal at the hotel table. With a wonderful view over the Burgundy countryside, the restaurant offers a good introduction to the regional classics, which are logically present on the à la carte menu. At €42, the options are interesting: foie gras terrine with mango chutney, pan-fried scallops with summer vegetables and mushroom cremeux, roast duck filet with pan-fried foie gras and griottine sauce, strawberry-raspberry tartelette refreshed with red wine. Well-informed regional cellar.
