Chef's Restaurant A form of uncertainty seems to hang over this fine house. The arrival of Julien Perrodin had restored our confidence in the capabilities and well-known assets of this solid house next to the château. Our latest experience, if it maintains the toques, also shows the progress to be made, in terms of harmony and personality in the plate. For the langoustines with beet vinaigrette and parsley cream, the pearly saint-pierre, leek and celery confit, marinated egg yolk, butternut and smoked bonito, and above all the good coffee dessert, creamy Tanzanie 70% chocolate, shortbread cookie, espresso coffee ice cream, we remain confident.
