Gourmet Restaurant An institution in a superb brick building on the edge of the town center. A true regional tradition is celebrated here, with an extensive menu of specialties: snails, marrow bones, lucullus, grilled pig's ears, frogs' legs, andouillette de Cambrai, piglet on a spit with shallot cream, although the chef does allow himself a few trendy suggestions: tourteau avocat gambas, vitello tonnato, linguine with truffles... A wide choice of desserts in the same spirit (waffles, baba, crepes Suzette).
