Gourmet Restaurant A pretty brick house on the edge of downtown, with a sense of unity and regularity. Everything here is welcoming, including the small terrace in the paved courtyard. The menu is regional, traditional and contemporary, with typical dishes such as grilled pig's ear with Fallot mustard, Lucullus tongue with endive confit, marrow bone, frogs, potjevleesch, spit-roasted pig or rib-eye steak. The choice is vast, right down to the classic desserts, and the service well paced.
