Gourmet Restaurant The former 17th-century coaching inn has stood the test of time and fashion, becoming a hostellerie and inn run by the same family for four generations. In this family atmosphere, you'll find comfort in simple, well-crafted recipes: the €27 lunch menu shows what Claudio Ricci can do, with melting chard pie and a bed of fresh spinach, a serious rib-eye steak grilled to perfection with speck-glazed carrot, breadcrumbs and herb butter, crème brûlée... In the evening, the hearth lights up with embers to cook fine cuts of meat over a wood fire, saddle of lamb, veal... Don't come alone to enjoy it. The wine cellar is kindly oriented towards the region, while service by Sandrine Ricci, Pierre Rodi's granddaughter, is infinitely kind. The 6 rooms upstairs, "Dufy", "Renoir", "Soutine"... extend the experience.
