Gault&Millau's review 2026

It's a lovely Landes-style house in the heart of the Sabraise region, where you can discover regional cuisine in a calm, natural setting. The dishes are of a high standard, with a cleverly revisited tradition: langoustine ravioli with porcini mushrooms and shellfish sauce, grilled sea bass with skin, creamy spelt risotto perfumed with vegetable matignon, stuffed squab, simple jus and crown of glazed vegetables, tourtière with Armagnac. Formulas from €28 to €75.
