Now part of the Messardière family, the famous Auberge des Maures on rue Allard has a new setting and a higher standard of service. In the luxurious surroundings of this exclusive establishment, we sing the praises of Provence, rediscovering farcis, artichokes barigoule and beignets de fleurs de zucchini, filet de daurade and daube, as well as whole fish and fine meats for grilling and sharing (rib of beef, shoulder of lamb) in a relaxed, chic atmosphere.
