Chef's Restaurant You have to leave Cavaillon in a suburban maze that's no more charming than this, but the arrival in the little village takes on a more authentic form. Reinforced by this cute, well-kept inn, where Virginie and Niels' warm welcome reinforces your conviction that you've come to the right place. The menu faithfully follows the seasons, and local producers make their contribution. Prices remain reasonable, with a Tasting menu for dinner at €53, and a choice of three proposals per item: amberjack plum citrus wakame citrus, Iberian pluma smoked potato espuma chanterelle bell pepper eggplant, Toblerone croustillant banana ice cream espuma speculoos... A good wine list from the Southern Rhône.
