Gourmet Restaurant A virtuous, committed restaurant where the young owners are committed to an eco-responsible approach, while retaining the simple, spontaneous spirit of a country restaurant. We've been cheering them on from the start, and their very contemporary cuisine, with its mix of local and preferably organic ingredients and ideas from all over the place, is always interestingly open: smoked trout with cucumber ajo blanco and blackcurrant, Rossini chuck with pommes dauphine and green pepper sauce, red fruit with vanilla ice cream.
