Beams and half-timbering, a perfume of tradition, even if on the plate, Normandy is a little absent in favor of a fashion that rubs off from the coast (tomato mozza, snacked tuna with Colonnata bacon and crying tiger...). Fortunately, if you look hard enough, you can stay in the mood with oysters and côte de cochon jus à l'oignon.
