Gault&Millau's review2025
There's no denying the charm of the place: you reach this pretty country house by crossing a small bridge over the Sèvre, to discover a renovated interior that's not lacking in allure. The cuisine is a little mannered, with trendy combinations that make sense and appeal to the local clientele: scallops in a kiwi cucumber red meat tartlet, roast duck breast with peas and angelica virgin vegetables, ivory chocolate with hibiscus elderberry Genoa bread cream, in a €49 menu that's full of choice. The menu is as extensive as the cellar, with both sure-fire values and favorites.
