Gourmet Restaurant Bordered by the river, as its name suggests, and as the terrace makes clear, right next to the Poitevin marshes, Fabrice Riefolo's table seduces with its authenticity and refinement, as demonstrated by this cannelloni of crab or eel, a typical local dish, paired here with lemon olive oil and wakaméné seaweed tartar, as well as roasted veal sweetbreads with a creamy morel mushroom and Riesling sauce, or the fish of the day, turbot or sea bass with orange butter, all delicate and pleasing.
