In fact, everything is homemade and made on the spot, right down to the sauces, ice creams and pastries, with a menu that offers fine meat and fish recipes. According to Marceau Gouret, manager of this family-run business, the aim is to promote local agriculture, a blend of local produce and modernity. The hotel and cottages offer a pleasant stay with a year-round heated indoor swimming pool. There are also massages for relaxation and a fitness area for exercise.
